The Apex Difference 

Apex separates itself from the competition by holding every agent to the same elite baseline of training—not just a select group of high-tier operators. Every member of our team completes a standardized training pipeline developed by Rich, built on his extensive experience working alongside U.S. Army Special Forces Green Beret operators and Miami SWAT law-enforcement team leaders.

This program is a comprehensive, all-encompassing training regimen lasting approximately seven months, designed to prepare operators for real-world operational demands. Agents are rigorously trained and evaluated in firearm proficiency, hand-to-hand combat, tactical decision-making, emergency medical care, and the legal frameworks governing private security and executive protection operations.

All personnel are required to obtain the appropriate licenses in each operating state if they do not already hold them. While many of our team members arrive with strong military, law-enforcement, or protective backgrounds, every agent—regardless of prior experience—is vetted and assessed by our training staff before being assigned to any detail.
